Production Descripition
Structure:
Pellet mill is consists of three layers: the speed-adjustable feeder, the conditioner, the ring die pellet machine.
Working principle:
| 1. The feeder can ensure the full load working of the pellet mill according to the control box. This design can prevent energy from wasting. |
| 2. The conditioner is connected with the steam supply. Then the powder feeds are softened and cured for easier pelletizing. |
Main features:
- The output is higher 20% than belt drive. The device can prevent steam from spraying.
- The material of the door is stainless steel. So it can be prevented from corroding and has long useful life.
- Adopt international advanced piping system and import pressure regulating valve.
- Permanent magnet device with high performance.

The advantages of pellet feed:
1. When final product is transporting, the pellet feed can avoid the phenomenon of classification.
2. The pellet feed avoid respiratory tract disease.
3. The pellet feed can prevent the phenomenon of pick from taking place. Nutritional imbalance is avoided.
4. The pellet feed increases the share of feed, bulk density, liquidity and is suitable for different animals.
5. Feed isn’t wasted during eating.
6. Starch is of gelatinization for steam to improve the digestibility of feed during granulating.
7. Pellet improves the palatability of feed, because we can add molasses and grease.
8. The function of steam pressure can also be disinfection and sterilization.
