1.PE water pipe
Diameter: 75mm,length: 200m,burst pressure >2.0Mpa,tensile strength >16.5Mpa,service life: 15 years.
The PE pipe is a kind of high-tech products, one end of it is connected on the reel, and through the horizontal axis to water supply,the other end is connected with the sprinkler car.

4.Multi-function two-speed gearbox transmission
It is the control system of the sprinkler irrigation machine.
5.Automatic arrangement of PE pipe guide device
It is about a thread guide rod and can shift the drive, it can ensure that the PE pipe automatic recovery, each layer are volume very neatly.
6.Speed compensation mechanism
Through the drive mechanism automatically adjust the water turbine opening,compensation the speed change of the reel rotating line,when at a constant speed, then locking the five-star nut.
7.Automatic parking safety device
It can realize the transmission system of on-off, brake, variable speed, safely and quickly recycle, automatic stop function.
8.Rack
Welded by rectangular pipe,good rigidity.All structures are processed by hot dip galvanized, with good anticorrosion performance,also it can rotate 360 degrees.
9.Reel
Exclusive use pickling, phosphating, high temperature treatment process of the bake lacquer and acrylic decoration process, to ensure durable, do not fade, beautiful and high-grade.
10.Sprinkler car
Track width adjustable and can be equipped with heighten rack(irrigation tall crops).
Advantages of irrigation equipment
This machine is suitable for farmland irrigation,fruit and vegetables irrigation,pasture irrigation,tea irrigation,tobacco irrigation,urban green land, stadiums, golf courses, soccer fields and so on.
Put the sprinkler irrigation machine on one end of the field,pull the pipes which wrapped on the machine, and the spraying car connected with pipes to the other end of the field with traction.Connect the pipes with water and reach a certain water pressure,then the spraying car can spray the field by spray gun or cantilever.
And then the reel rotates and the spraying car moves back with designed speed,the spraying car sprays water while walking until it finishes the whole irrigation.
