About the glass fused to steel tank
This is the only tank finish where two materials are fused together to achieve the best of both: the strength and flexibility of the steel combined with the corrosion resistance of the glass. The high temperature fusion of glass to steel fired at 850 degree results in an inert, durable finish. Applied to both interior and exterior, the GFS technology is able to withstand the rigours of the construction site and provide many years of trouble free service in harsh environments.

Installation of the glass fused to steel tank
Double checking is required before packaging, confirm the plate’s code and quality. The steel plates is separated with each other by PE foam, to avoid any damage on the coating surface. And the whole pallet steels packed in wooden case.

Our strict quality control system ensure the consistent delivery stable quality product all the time. There are more than 50 staffs in our quality control department. The QC control system is in accordance with the requirement of ISO9001. All the enamel tank & storage silo manufactured by center Enamel should pass belwo 4 kinds of quality tests from the beginning of produce to delivery and make sure each product is high quality.
- Raw materials testing in the factory:ingredient analysis, impurities test;
- Recipe finalized small samples test : enamel fluidity test, chromatic difference analysis, enamel burning experiment , acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc,
- Middle stage products test :amplification experiment simulated environment;
- Destructive testing, detection , impact test, sparks test, sliced electric microscope analysis .
