Introduction:
Rotary packing machines are mainly applied to cement packing, and can be also used in packaging any powdery or granular materials with good flowing property. Except for manual package inserting, operating procedures like filling, measuring, releasing can be performed automatically and continuously. This machine also features unique functions: If packages are not inserted, filling will not be performed; if package's weight is below setting value, releasing will not be performed; if packages fall accidentally, valve will be closed automatically to stop filling. Compared with similar products, it features rational structure, accurate meter age, low energy consumption, large packing capacity, easy maintenance, and its notable feature is that it can automatically perform such functions as package mouth compressing, loosening, valve opening and closing, releasing without pneumatic components, reducing malfunction created by damaged pneumatic components. During peak period of production and marketing, especially outbound cargo by train, urgent packing, it can highlight its advantages of large packing capacity, reducing loading time to meet clients' urgent demand. So, it is ideal cement packing equipment for new modern large and medium-sized cement factories and also latest generation of rotary packing machines at home and abroad. Supported by microcomputer balance, the microcomputer control system designed and developed by our technicians based on features of rotary packing machine's structure and cement filling, this packing machine features high precision measurement, smooth running and strong adaptability. Its type: 4-spout, 6-spout, 8-spout, 10-spout, 12-spout, 14-spout. We can also modify packing machine into special type according to customers' requests.
