Product Spherical Roller Bearing Descriptions
24064 spherical roller bearing These bearings have barrel-shaped rollers between the inner ring,
which has two raceways, and the outer ring which has one spherical raceway. Since the center of curvature of
the outer ring raceway surface coincides with the bearing axis, they are self-aligning in a manner similar to that
of self-aligning ball bearings. Therefore, if there is deflection of the shaft or housing or misalignment of their
axes, it is automatically corrected so excessive force is not applied to the bearings.Spherical roller bearings can
take, not only heavy radial loads, but also some axial loads in either direction. 24064 They have excellent radial
load-carrying capacity and are suitable for use where there are heavy or impact loads.
1)E type spherical roller bearing 24064,
It consists of symmetric spherical rollers,two pieces of harden steel cages,flangeless inner ring and guide ring
centered on the cage.
The guide ring around the outer ring can help improve lubricating condition on roller face of end.It can also reduce
friction,help guiding roller in the non-load region and assist roller into loading area.Meanwhile,the length of roller
is getting longer so that the rated load can increase about 20%-35%.
2)EAE4 type Spherical roller bearing 24064:
It consists of symmetric spherical rollers,two pieces of harden steel cages,flangeless inner ring and guide ring
centered on the cage.
In general,this kind of bearing will be added 2 or 4 rollers in so that the rated load can increase about 15%-30%.
Main characteristics:simple structure,high load capacity,low friction moment,low noise and long life.
3.CC type spherical roller bearing 24064 ,
It consists of symmetric spherical rollers, two pieces of pressed steel cages,flangeless inner ring and guide
ring centered on the inner ring.
Compared with CA type,it has larger load and longer lifetime.
4)CA type spherical roller bearing 24064:
It consisits of one piece of machine cutting brass cage,one inner ring with double flanges and one guide ring
centered on the inner ring.
Main characteristics:hign limit speed and low noise.
5)MB type spherical roller bearing 24064:
It consists of two pieces of machine cutting brass cage,one inner ring with double flanges and one guide ring
centered on the inner ring.
Compared with CA type,it's performance and characteristics are similar but rated load is lower.
