Production of solid FRP rods using glass fiber roving, continuous glass fiber mat under the traction of pultrusion equipment to produce, after the rubber mold system heat molding, smooth surface, high strength of FRP profile is obtained.FRP pultrusion profiles has good corrosion resistance.

Main Raw Material
1 .Reinforcement material: fiberglass, continuous strand mat.
2. Basis material: unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, vinylester resin.
Pultrusion technique
During the pultrusionprocess, the raw material are pulled through a heated steel forming die using a continuous pulling device. when the reinforcements are saturated with the resin mixture in the resin bath and the wetted reinforcement package is wrapped in a surfacing veil. the completed package then goes into premolding stage that roughly forms the package into the appropriate shape to enter the heated trimming die for curing. the trimming die is the exact shape of the final part desired. upon exiting the trimming die, the part is over 90% processing and solid. Cutting in accordance with requirements of the length, the entire process is completed.
