1.Machine introduction:
This series of vacuum packaging machine is featured by automatically process of vacuuming,sealing,printing,cooling and exhaust ,which is used in vacuum packaging for the food,pharmaceutical,aquatic,chemical and electronic industries.It can prevent the products from oxidization and mildew,as well as corrosion and moisture,keeping the quality and freshness of the product over a prolonged storage time. it has high capacity and easy to operate, an essential equipment in food processing line and other factory.
Working process: Close the cover first, vacuum pump starts to extract the air from the working room, when reach the scheduled vacuum degree, the vacuum pump stops working, compression valve opens, gasbag starts to puff, press batten goes down to impact the seal place, at same time electrify and heat up, after the packing bag has been sealed over, deflation valve will be electrified and opened, automatically deflate and open the cover. A working cycle is over
