HZCK Series Generation One Biomass Briquette Machine
It is briquetting equipment with reliable performance, which adopts top quality alloy steel gear transmission structure and is featured by the high precise level of gears, large transmission torque suitable for heavy load requirements in the process of briquetting, long service life, suitable to make briquette for material such as sawdust and corn stalk. The feature of the machine as follows:
1. Feeding Mode: Vertical feeding in place directly
2. Mould: The upper and lower two-layer ring vertical structure is able to reduce the cost, increase the efficiency and save the energy, thus helpful for heat dispersion and temperature reduction in the briquetting chamber; Moulds with various mesh holes of diameter 2-20mm can be suitable to make briquettes for different materials, achieving the best result.
3. Pressure Roller: It is made of high alloy material and linear speed at both ends are identical to those at the inner and outer ring of the mould disk, thus avoiding the misalignment friction, reducing the resistance and the loss of kinetic energy and prolonging its service life. These rollers are set evenly ensuring stable operation.
4. Working Mode: The rollers are rotated while the mold keeps static. The material is distributed evenly around.
5. Discharge Device: The independent and frequency-converting one can ensure shaping rate of products.
6. Central Pressure Adjusting Structure: It can be suitable for different materials, ensuring the result of briquetting.
