Q1:How to clean and maintain the blades of meat process machinery?
A: Clean:se hot water and washing detergent to wash and clean blades.
Maintain:after washing,use paper to remove the water on the blade,then smear the food oil to
protect the blade be oxidation.
Q2:how to maintain the machine?
A:in every half year,oiling the chain,gear,bearing and reducer.
if machine works everyday, suggestion maintain the machine every three months, especcially belt,convey belt,spring.
Q3:If the blade is blunt or be oxidation, how to do?
A:If blunt,use grinding wheel, oilstone sharpening the blade;if be oxidation, use detergent to washing first,then smear food oil on the blade.
Q4:how many hours the machine can be worked Continuously?
A:in generally, the machine can be worked for 12hours Continuously, but we suggest that have a rest when work for about 4-5 hours,which benefits to machine lifetime.
