Elbow hot forming machine could manufacture the elbows size ranging from OD=21.3 to OD=1500mm of thickness from 3mm to 60mmThe YRT series Elbow Hot Pushing Machine is designed mainly for manufacturing SR&LR elbows of carbon steel and alloy steel with max diameter up to 1400mm. These elbows are widely used in the connection of the industrial pipelines for the Petrochemical , gas, oil pipes, electrical power and food, etc
It has individual power construction and electrical system, adopts PLC centre control, machine is much easy to be operated
It has two heating method: high frequency and intermediate frequency
The application of numerical control plus automatic frequency control made the pushing speed and forming temperature could be monitored and controlled easily, which enables the high quality
It is suitable for batch production
