Product Application
HUANCHUANG high performance cable recycling line are specifically designed and manufactured systems for higher volume processing of cables.
The functions of these systems include pre-shredding, steel removal, granulation and separation of plastics from copper or aluminum. The advanced design of these plants results in excellent separation of the different fractions, even when processing mixed cables of varying size and composition.
The capacity is from 500KGS-2000KGS/hour optional.
This Waste Cable Recycling line include the following components:
Single shaft shredder – shreds the cables into small pieces
Conveyor belt – transports the cable pieces
Overbelt magnatic separator– separates the ferrous metal from the cable pieces
Granulator – size reduces the cable pieces into fine uniform sized granules in which the copper/Alu and plastic were separated
Vibrating Separation– separates the plastics from copper or aluminium according to density
De-dusting Unit – removes dust and fines from the line
