Mater-bi 100% biodegradable and compostable, and can therefore help to resolve urgent environmental problems that occur during the phases of use, post-consumption and disposal.Which are perfectly biodegradable and compostable. After use, products made of Mater-Bi® biodegrade in a single composting cycle.
100% compostable and biodegradable bag contains renewable raw material from agricultural origin, such as non gmo corn starch and vegetable oils. The use of the bag is a good tool to make people more sensitive to environmental matter.

LDPE (Low density polyethylene) - This is the oldest type of polyethylene, which is used for plastic bags. LDPE has good transparency and seal ability. It’s comment used for patch handle bags. Soft loop handle bags and die cut bags, disposable rain poncho, disposable shower cap, disposable gloves. In North Europe LDPE is still used for T shirt bags sometimes. We can extrude LDPE film with thickness between 12-200 micron.
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)- HDPE is stronger than LDPE on stretching, but it tears easily. This material is highly suitable for T shirt bags and Die cut bags, soft loop handle bags, flat tape block bottom bag, rope carrier, disposable gloves. Also the thickness (50 -90 micron) is often used for fashion bags. Naturally HDPE is lusterless. The prices of HDPE and LDPE are very often changed on the market. We can extrude HDPE films with thickness between 8 – 350 micron.
Coextruded- we offer 3 layers plastic film for customer, who needs a special characteristic for their packaging. Common use is to make different film colors inside/outside, to increase durability, sealing properties, thermal stability and many other properties.
BOPP (Bi-axially oriented polypropylene) - BOPP is well-known material for food packaging. Snack, sugar, teas and many other foods are packed in BOPP films. It is super transparency, very high resistance on stretching, but it can breaks very easy. The BOPP by itself is not suitable for advertising bags. Usually we use 30 micron and 40 micron BOPP to make BOPP square bottom bags.
Masterbatch: 1-10% to make the film color become black, white, yellow, blue, orange, green, red….
We can offer environmentally friendly methods of manufacturing plastic bags, including a totally degradable plastic additive (TDPA) such as EPI into the polyethylene or by making the bags with Corn Starch.
EPI, D2W 2% to make the bags oxo-degradable / total degradable plastic technology (TDP) and destroyed easily in the environment. To find out more about this product please feel free to view the EPI website for more information on this product.

Q1: What is material of the product?
A: The material is LDPE (Low density polyethylene), HDPE(High Density Polyethylene), MDPE(Medium density polyethylene), CPE, PP, OPP, IPP, Corn starch etc. plastic film.
Q2: Is sample free?
A: 1. Existing sample is FREE of Charge; courier charge is paid by customer.
2. Customized design is welcome; the sample fee is based on process requirement.
Q3: How can I get a quotation?
A: When you are interested in a product, please tell us below details:

Q4: How does your company control the product’s quality?
A: Our factory is complied ISO9001:2008 quality control. During the production, the semi-finished product is inspected by IPQC. Before delivery, the final product is inspected by QC as per AQL standard. Or you can assign the inspector to check the production in our factory before delivery.
Q5: What is your trade term?
A: Normally, we quote FOB Hong Kong for LCL, FOB Shenzhen for FCL. CNF is acceptable, please kindly tell us which port you want us to deliver to.
Q6: What is your payment term? How to pay?
A: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment before shipment, by T/T, PayPal is available.
Q7: How to track the shipment status after on board?
A: We will send you the shipment schedule via email, and send the original shipping document to you via express once available. Tracking number and document copy will be provided via email.
Q8: How is the purchase process?
A: Our order handling process is as below:
