SMC sheet molding compound production line,electril meter box making machine,manhole cover making machine
This machine produces SMC by forming a sandwich structure which outside are two layer films and in the middle are polyester resin, fiber glass, CaCO3 powder, release agent, hardening agent etc. It's durable with advanced technical, highly automation and outputs. There are four parts of the SMC Machine: the main compacting part, the final SMC taken-up part, the cutting fiberglass yarn part and electrical control part. It adopts PLC digital control system. The compacting part is pneumatic type, controlled by air compressor. There are three width machine: 500mm, 1000mm, 1200mm

1) Main Parts: Cutting Part, Host, Curly Part, Electric Control Part
Cutting Part: variable speed motor; helical cutting roller (increase work life of rubber roller and blade); If high fiberglass content is required, such as above 30%, double roller can be designed on the machine.
Host: frequency conversion motor; Materials are compacted by belt chains (SS) which are controlled by pneumatic form
Curly Part: torque motor driven; speed can be adjusted at any time; automatic; effort saving
Electrical Control Part: central control to meet production requirements; components are well known brand.
