Item Specifications and use in details:
- Thermo bonded soccer balls are made of TPU, which is 100% P.U. and PVC Free (Phthalate free) material and 32 Panels (20 pentagon panels + 12 hexagonal shape panels). It is also available in six panels.
- Its official inspected circumference size is 68 to 70 cm.
- Weight is between 410 to 450 grams.
- This Design can also be made in PVC Leathers or Eva form and Laser materials. But P.U shows Best adhesive properties.
- P.U. thermos bonded ball is used for Club level and international matches due to its shape retention features.
- Thermo bonded soccer balls are neither Hand stitched nor Machine stitched these are machine molded balls.
- Yarn Winded SR Bladder is used with butyl valve, which retains air for a much longer time.
- Thermo bonded soccer balls and footballs are perfectly round and stronger than simple machine stitched soccer balls.
- Higher Quality P.U. laser materials can be used for shiny look.
- After Manufacturing, Quality testing is done according to EN 71.
- We assure that our all football/soccer balls are 6P FREE and 7P. Free Lab testing is allowed.
- Thermo bonded soccer balls/ footballs are waterproof. They absorb less than 5% water compared to its weight rainy or wet weather conditions.
