industrial chemical equipment,high purity water facility is working with RO facilities combining with ion-exchange bed or EDI,ion-exchange bed is working by ion-exchange resin in electrolyte solution,can be used to wipe off all kinds of kation and anoin,is a method to produce high purity water, which can not be substitute.Ion-exchange equipment is of kation exchanging equipment and anion equipment. When the raw water passing ion-exchange pole, the kation and anion(HCO3-plasma ion)in water will exchange with H† in positive resin and OH¯ in negative resin to get salt taking-off.The combination of kation and anion will get the water higher purified.

It is applicated for super pure water in electrical, chemical,hospital water,medium-high pressure supplementing water,resistance 2-18 M Ω•cm

EDI technics

EDI(Eiecterodeionization) is a new pure water and super pure water producing technics which developed from 1990s.The technics skillfully integrate electrodialysis and ion-exchange, through selectively permeating to kation and anion, and exchanging to ions,get the ions to move in a direction under DC to complete salt taking-off water,meanwhile super pure water can be produced continuously without acid & alkali chemical regeneration.
