PVC/ WPC wide door board extrusion line consists of mixer, conical twin screw extruder, moulds and die, Vacuum calibrating platform, caterpillar haul–off, saw cutting machine, conveyor, computer engraving machine, grinding machine, vacuum laminating machine, etc.
It adopts conical double-screw extruder, and PLC control is applied to make the entire machine operated easily and stably.
Equipped with large forcing cooling facilities, which ensures the effective door panel sizing and shaping.
Caterpillar-type haul-off unit utilizes advanced gear motor and frequency inverter, which features in reasonable structure design, large hauling power and stable hauling effect.
The cutting machine has properties of accuracy, high precise and stable performance.
The stacker is accompanied with movable material trolley and is equipped with specific rubber protective layer which can protect the final product from damage.
