LCD800 is a kind of Low Profile Disk Load Cell, it belongs to disk style design, the dimension is very large (except the small capacities), so it has a bit weight, the model LCD800 type is designed for low profile tension and compression service, spherical designing, It is made of Alloy steel or Stainless steel, fully welded seal with stainless steel cover, and the degree of protection reaches to IP67, which has the function of waterproof and moisture-proof, and because of its stainless steel material, it is available for the corrosion environment.
LCD800 load cell is available in the capacities 0.1t to 50t, its structure is very compact, easy mounting, static and dynamic applications are available, its compact size makes the cell ideal for a wide range of applications including testing or weighing systems.
LCD800 load cell can be used single or more sets together, single load cell can be matched with weighing indicator, converting what you want to, because the load cell itself output is mill volt(MV), it has to need an amplifier switch voltage or current.
LCD800 load cell can also be used more sets together, Several LCD800 load cells can be assembled a weigh module, its product model is GL, which is belong to static weighing module, this is different from FWC, each weigh module has the same structure, not like FWC, consist of three different module types, Many arrangements are possible to suit tanks with three or more legs in circular, square, or rectangular patterns.
