This machine is widely usedin mineral processing, coal washing and chemical industry, etc. It is used forwet classification strong magnetism minerals with size of 6-0mm. Features of wet permanent magnetictube separator:
1 The same tube can beprovided with three kinds of tanks of CTD, CTN and CTS, which is suitable fordifferent beneficiation process.
2 The CTD is suitable for wetroughing and selection of strong magnetism mineral.
3 The CTN is suitable for wetroughing and scavenging of strong magnetism mineral, and is especially suitablefor recovering coal washing plant heavy-medium.
4 The CTS is suitable forroughing and selection of the ore with size of 6-10mm.
5 Both of CTD and CTN can beemployed in series to raise concentrate grade.
6 Magnetic system iscompounded of ferrite material with high quality and permanent magnet. Theaverage magnetic induction of tube surface is 100-600mT.

1 Roughing, selection andscavenging of magnetite;
2 Magnetic concentrationworking of choosing magnetic titanium from mixed ore with magnetic mine;
3 Removing single iron fromweak magnetic mineral;
4 Electing iron from riversand and sea sand;
