Quality control for compressed air tank
1.The raw materaial plate was anlysised by our material anlysier to assure the quality
2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate\'s oxidized
3.After welding the the inner tank ,we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint .After welding the jacket ,the full water pressure test be done for jacket too
4.After finishing the surface finish ,our people will make a surface roughness testing to assure the data .
5.After agitator installment ,we will operate it to assure the function is good .
6.The nozzle\'s position \'s confirm also is checked by our quality control people .

5.Outer vessel’s abrasive blasting and anticorrosive painting for outside surface

1.Dimension: Diameter and height according to the requirements
2.Material: Stainless Steel (304 or 316L)
3.Tank shell thickness: 2mm or more (according to the design or customer required)
4. Pressure (MPa): Atmospheric pressure-Middle pressure (According to the Chinese Design standard)
5.Function: presure vessel storage tank
6.Design temperature C-degree: 0-200
7.Tank surface: The original surface of the stainless steel plate (or polishing if required)
8.Operation plate form: We can design the plate form if required.
9.General accessories(If required): Manhole, CIP, respirator, sight glass
10.Manufacture standard: Chinese Pressure Vessel Design and Making Standard
11.Guarantees inner quality and safety, good looking appearance and function by introducing international advanced large-sized equipment of pulse plasma arcwelder and auto polishing machinery and cooperating with international famous finished.
1.Heat preservation material of the vessel adopt high-temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or per cotton.
2.Joints adopt international general ISO package chuck,inner container adopts imported stainless steel SUS 304 or SUS316 ,internal surface polishing.
All is in accordance with GMP medical standards.
3.Orifice is set with level gauge (static-Pressure type,capacitance type,non-contac type ,ultra-soni
type and glass tube), air respirator,thermometer,(digital display type or dial plate type), CIP cleaning mouth , SIP sterilizing mouth, liquid entrance-exit gate and sanitary inlet.
4.Volume Specification:100L-30000L or to be designed and manufactured at customers actual
request.
5.Relevant GMP Testing at data are attached in the machine.Including material report, external components certificate of quality and verification form.
