Colored steel thermal insulation compound line can manufacture compound board in once, a whole line is composed of feed uncoil device, forming device, shearing system and compound system.(press rib, glutting, warming, compound, turning edge, notch, edging, pneumatic, auto-cutting).Computer control all the process. It is indispensable equipment to build industrial building and warehouse. The whole process is controlled by technic put air, electric, machinery in to one body. It is a special machinery to produce compound board. To produce speed adopts CNC electrodeless adjust and makes a stable speed and easy operation.
To meet customer’s requirement, this system controls length by computer having a precise position and showing time on touch screen, counting and revising automatically.
This machine suits for colored steel board, aluminium sheet. It is a type of compound material and inside is flame retardant EPS, mineral wool and exc. The design of the board can be designed and revised according to customer’s requirement.
