This is the first development for hologram images transferring production line in China. Its patent number in China is ZL200420071245.5. This machine is being supplied to Chinese domestic market and around the world. We have developed a variety of customer-made models of machine to accommodate the customer's requirement. Further more, a minimum junction of stencil line of the film has been developed on the hologram film.
The top grade of paper is recommended for this application. Thus, the images of the hologram film can be transferred properly and integrated images on the printed surface. Its result is comparable to the hologram film lamination and a significant cost saving. The final result represents its attractiveness and value added features.
1. There is no plastic film laminated on the substrate. It can be easily recycled and is biodegradable.
2. It is for counterfeit prevention.
3. The ultra violet dryer used for this machine is a special feature regarding the energy saving. Consequently, the film can be multiple applications without damaging the film.
4. The hologram images once is transferred to the printed substrate, its attractive metallic brilliancy indeed enhance of the beauty of the printings.
5. This is a very diversify machine.
6. It can be customer-made to use the machine as a normal coater that can apply UV or water borne coating besides the hologram images transfer and film calendaring process. One of the important features of this machine is to enable to coat with a spot or full plate application.
