Tunnel Oven Introduction:
Southstar tunnel oven can be divided into two types according to the enerey soures ,they are electric tunnel oven and gas tunnel oven.The electric tunnel oven adoptes imported heating elements,and the gas type can use coal gas,LPG and LNG.Now let me make a brief introlduction about our tunnel oven:
First part: Structure and Material.Our tunnel oven is made of high quality stainless steel,has luxurious and artistic appearance,and easy to clean.The chamber is made of high quality steel which meets the national healthy requirments.The heat preservation layer is made of high quality siliceous aluminum,The thickness is 18cm.The conveyer belt is made of imported aluminum-plate stainless steel,not disforming at high temperature.The inlet and outlet of the oven adopts stainless steel roller,ensure the very hot conveyer belt not reach out of the chamber,safe and reliable.The lift door of the oven can be adjusted freely,help you reduce loss and save cost.
Second part:Electric components and control part.The oven uses America holiwell controller and microcomputer touch panel,it features inteligent,digital and small difference in temperature.Japan-imported SUZUKL transducer can shift nonpopularly according to the baking time.Almost all the components of gas tunnel oven are imported from America and Japan.
Now let's move on to the oven's working principles:
1.Air and gas is mixed and delivered by one tube.The air is transferred by the fun,via the pressure controller,pressure switch,proportion solenoid valve,proportion motor,to the tube.Gas fills the tube via the filer,manostat,solenoid valve,pressure switch.Air and gas mixed completely in the tube,then fills into the heater,via the main solenoid valve.
2.Flame can be adjusted automaticly according to the change of the temperature.At the beginning of starup,the temperature goes up the quickest,the volume of air and gas reaches maximun valve,then ,the higher the temperature ,the less the volume of air and gas .When the temperature reaches the set valve,the volume of the air and gas reaches minium valve.
3.Safe protectiong system begins to work in case of the air and gas leaking and too much exhausting.After putting it in the market,we have sold many this kind of tunnel oven.How do our clients like it?Let's go and have a look.
