1. OEM (Shenzhen) Sportswear Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of sublimated sports wears in China. All sports uniforms can be provided such as racing shirts, cheerleading uniform, volleyball jersey, basketball wear, lacrosse jersey, ice hockey jersey, fishing shirts, polo, cycling jerseys etc. with your design or requirement.
2. The simple order process: email us your vector design with pdf, ai format or clear picture, then we will put them into detailed template; printed on the papers, took design paper sublimated onto the fabric, and send the picture for you approve the final design and the color of the sample proof; packing after checked by QC and door to door delivery by DHL or other express.

The Order and Production Flow
Custom racing shirts

Benefit from an almost unlimited number of design possibilities. Team logos, individual names, sponsors, websites, and club badges are printed directly onto your custom jerseys. This ensures a smooth and flowing design in the highest possible quality and durability. All printing is included in our base price; no extra charge!
Quality Assurance
The printing is completely durable. It will not wash-out.All texts and logos are printed simultaneously in one stage of the production, requiring no later applications such as glueing or ironing which often break-off or fade.
Item Personalisation
At OEM, each individual product can be personalized with a different text. For example, you can put an individual name, nickname, or player's number for each athlete onto the breast area or sleeves. There is no extra fee for this application.
Material Features
The fabric never lose its functional characteristics (moisture wicking, breathability, durability) and remains comfortable to wear. The print is undetectable by touch on the surface of the fabric because the colouring is dyed directly into the fabrics.
Short Delivery Time
Sample order could be shipped in 7 working days after all the designs confirmed; If order quantity lower than100 pieces, then it could be shipped within 10 working days after confirmation; If order quantity is 100-300 pieces, then it could be shipped in 15 working days after confirmation, but the actual delivery date will vary up to a week depending on the production line.
1. What process do you use for printing?
All of our sports wears are applied using eco-friendly ink sublimation printing. Sublimation is a printing process in which all colors for the uniform design including decoration for numbers, logos, team names etc. are dyed directly into the fabric and become a part of the fabric. This made it permanent and guaranteed never fade, crack or peel.
2. How to get started?
Email us your artwork with vector file says PDF or AI format, our artist will do the design free of charge, then send the picture to you approving the final jersey design.
3. Can you make patches that I can apply to my own jersey?
If you are buying custom uniforms from us, you can send us any patches that you want us to apply to your jerseys and we will sew them on for a nominal charge.
4. What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept T/T, Western Union or PayPal, but PayPal just for sample order.
5. How long does it take to make my custom uniforms?
Normally sample order could be shipped in 7 working days after all the details confirmed; If order quantity less than 100 pieces, they could be shipped in 10 working days after all the details confirmed; If order quantity is 100-300 pieces, they could be shipped in 15 working days after all the details confirmed.
We just do the sportswear as per your design or requirement without any limited.
