This air bag consists of 2 types of inflated air cushions: a hefty layer and the soft top layer. When one lands on the pillow just enough air escapes via speical air holes from the top layer to absorb the fall. An extra layer on the top and sides of the cushions protects the pillow against defects, the so-called impact decks. With average use, an impact deck will last approximately 2 seasons before needing replacement. It is suitable for snowboading, skiing, snow biking. BMXing, mountain biking, and other no-motorised sports.
Our mateial is Double layer PVC coated With Mesh Net, we Named it PVC Vinly . We also call it 3 layer PVC vinyl .To do sealed inflatable products, 0.55mm Thickness to 0.9mm Thickness is the most frequency USE material .
