Introduction:
Size and shape:

Working principle：
MGA material is a polymer copolymerization of different monomers based modified by rare earth nanometer materials and various additives synthesis, homogeneous polymer formed by the synthesis of special manufacturing, with excellent low friction coefficient and self lubrication maintenance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, large bearing capacity, anti aging characteristics. Dual products in working face three state (dry, water, oil state) under the condition of friction coefficient and friction coefficient of small, the movement is a small state.
Characters:
1. Self lubrication and maintenance free, even under dry friction conditions.
2. With good elasticity and impact resistance, it can reduce the damage caused by the local high pressure caused by the uneven track.
3. The friction coefficient is very small, no creeping phenomenon will appear, and the operation is stable.
4. The bearing capacity is large, and the seismic performance is good. It can not only withstand large impact load, but also bear the impact load. When subjected to heavy load, it has good flexibility and self recovery.
5. Wear resistance, corrosion resistance, the metal material is increased by and order of magnitude, and the service life is greatly improved. Under the conditions of electric field, chemical field, force field and acid and alkali salt, it is not corroded and not swelling.
6. Not flaking, strong shearing ability,low water absorption and good dimensional stability.

The product is mainly used in hydroelectric generating units, reservoir operation doors, accident doors, petroleum machinery, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, aviation industry, plastic machinery, automobile production line and other fields.
Packing and delivery:
Packing with bubble bag in wooden carton on the pallet, delivery by air or sea.
