Our wood wool machinery is mainly used for mass production of flake shavings of uniform thickness, is an automatic wood shaving machine. The working principle of our wood wool machinery:
The wood wool machinery comprises a rack, a rack-mounted platform, a rack fixed to the rack, a power distribution box for wood particle shaving machine, a wood clamp and a lumber reciprocating device. The wood pressing device is composed of an air cylinder which compresses the wood on the platform, the wood reciprocating device is reciprocated along the platform by a hydraulic cylinder driven by the sliding table which is loaded into the wood, and shavings are sold by the wood shaving cutter. Thanks to the cylinder pressing device and the hydraulic reciprocating device, the contact pressure between the wood and the wood shaving cutter is uniform and the reciprocating speed of the wood is uniform, so that the wood shavings with the uniform thickness can be processed.
