GeldenLion MR160 delinter is a new-type, high efficiency, economical and practical delinting machine. The delinted linter can be used in textile, paper making, chemical fiber and defense, etc., industries.
Main Features:
* Optimized design on roll box geometrical shape improved the cottonseed roll running conditions, increased the unit saw capacity.
* Manual roll-box handling is substituted by auto-device, to ease worker's labor intensity and ensure a smooth roll-box handling.
* Frequency inverter and LCD digital display made the adjustment of seed feeding easy, and can keep a stable seed roll density.
* The roll box is designed for two types, one is for first cut and another is for second and third cut, this permits all cuts are running in a reasonable condition, and avoided too much roll box position ajustment, made the operation much convenient.
* Eccentric adjustment device permits an easy seed lambrequin adjusting.
* Magnetic splint under seed slide to avoid metal matter dropping into roll-box to damage saws.
* Low seed damage rate and high linter quality.
* Whole enclosed structure, beautiful appearance, easy, safe and dependable operation.
