The bag filter features wide scope of application, high filtering precision and efficiency, high circulating capacity, low cost, ease of operation and cleaning, resistance to temperature and corrosion, and diversity of installation modes, and is widely used in filtration applications in the chemical, cosmetic, coating, ink, food, beverage, vegetable oil, plating solution and wastewater industries
Scope of application:
Foods and beverages: clarification and filtration of peanut oil, edible oils, juices, mineral waters, milk, wines, vinegar, syrups, etc.
Petrochemical and medicine chemical: particle removal and filtration of lubricants, chemicals, oil preparations, hot solvents, phosphate paints, etc.
Bio-pharmaceutical: filtration of biological, fermentation, medical water, wash water, high
viscosity liquids and cosmetics, etc.
Electronic industry: pretreatment of process water, pre-filtration of tape paints and air.
Environmental protection: filtration of industrial and domestic water, textile and papermaking wastewater, metal cutting fluids, cleaners.
Printing and furniture: filtration of inks, paints, resins and wax

Main structure and parameters
The bag filter consists of a filter container, filter basket and bag, forming a simple, efficient and economical filtration system. The top-in type elbow design with a quick opening mechanism realizes more smooth and stable charge, and enables the liquid to be filtered to go through the bag more steadily. The flow direction is “top in, bottom out”. The fluid to be filtered enters the bag from the upper opening, flows through the bag and out of the outlet, while impurities are intercepted by the bag, providing the fluid of the required fineness and cleanliness.
