Technology advantages
1. Mechanical clasp seal
Sealing pad and plate bite tight, saves maintain time, avoids compression dislocation, and avoids the adhesives break down Chloride ions at high temperatures, so that stainless steel plates are not corroded.
It's set second seal protection function in the empty position of the sealing gasket. Even if a seal fails, whether it's the channel medium or the corner medium, there's no mixing, but It flows directly to the outside world through the signal slot of the gasket.
2. Two plate designs

4. A rich family of plates
More than 40 kinds of specifications for central heating special heat exchange sheets are available, single panel heat transfer area is 0.025~3.0 square meters, corrugated depth is 2.0~4.0 mm, Angle hole path is DN25~450, single heat transfer area can be 2000 square meters.
Plate die design is more reasonable, form up to thousands of contact points between the plates, pressure even and high pressure up to 2.5 Mpa.
A special plate heat exchanger suitable for ground heating users was developed, it has large flow and small temperature difference.
A shallow compact corrugated plate heat exchanger suitable for refrigeration system or small temperature difference was developed(The temperature difference at the end can reach 1 degree Celsius).
A heat exchanger with unequal flow path plate was developed, the heat and cold medium flow ratio can reach 1:6 in the case of equal flow rate of plates.
5. An advanced drainage area
The guide zone of the plate is designed with a streamline guide groove, The flow form of fluid in the plate is unilateral flow, the channel area adopts the corrugated form of "chocolate layout". It can ensure the uniform distribution of the fluid on the heat transfer plate. Most of the drainage areas are involved in heat transfer, it’s an avoidance of heat transfer efficiency decreased, the disadvantages of point erosion and corner scaling caused by uneven flow distribution and flow dead angle.
6. Flexible and reliable framework structure
The compaction plate adopts NC cutting to form once, and after surface leveling treatment, ensure evenness and compaction.
The clamping screw design uses a unique locking nut and rolling parts, and is made of high strength, wear-resistant alloy steel, and the surface is galvanized and antiseptic.
The medium import and export forms can choose a variety of connection forms, such as rubber lining, metal linings, take over flange, threaded joints, and so on.
