Soft Ground Cutter:
Installed in the soft ground Cutterhead or mixed Cutterhead, relying on the high hardness tungsten carbide teeth to cut the rock-soil body. Based on the limitation of this principle of rock crushing, the soft ground cutter is mainly suitable for the soft ground layer or the composite formation that the saturated uniaxial compressive strength is not more than 20Mpa. We can design the most efficient cutter according to different Cutterheads and geological conditions.
Bucket:
Installed in the front face and the gauge of the Cutterhead, the scraping cutting edge is relatively wide. It’s lower than the forward cutters and disc cutters on the Cutterhead. It’s used to scrape the rock-soil that have been loosened by the forward cutters and disc cutters. Mainly bolt-on connection.
