What is PCD diamond saw blade?
1: A diamond saw blade is a cutting tool that is mainly welded by pcd diamond tips and a base body.
PCD composite diamond saw blades have become the hardest material cutting tools and have become the cutting edge of woodworking dry cutting tools.
2: Diamond saw blade, Vickers-hardness 10000HV, strong acid resistance, hard to passivate edge, good quality of one-time processing of wood, high wear-resistance, 30 times more wear-resistant than carbide, for particleboard, MDF, wood flooring, stickers. The continuous processing time for panel cutting and machining can reach 300 to 400 hours, and the maximum use-to-use scrap time can reach 4000 hours/piece.

The PCD saw blade is used for cutting and grooving non-metallic materials, nonferrous materials, particleboard woodworking industry and ultra precision processing industry.
Application of PCD circular saw blade:
1.Wood working industry.Wood Flooring, Particle Board, MDF, Panel Furniture, Cabinet, Firewood, Plywood, Melamine Plywood
2.Non- metallic materials. fiberglass, electronic circuit boards, Bakelite, fibre cement board, acrylic board, plexiglass, rigid plastic
3.Ultra precision processing industry. Aluminum, copper rod, engine cylinder, etc.
