Please see the picture 1 of " FLORESCENCE" ship docking airbag structure. It is composed by airbag body and terminal iron part. The airbag body is composed by natural rubber and strength fiber material through vulcanization processing; The terminal iron part is made of cast iron, it is combined closely with the bag body; One end is for pulling when move the airbag, and the other end is for charging and discharging the air. All the fittings in picture 2 and 3 will be supplied with airbags for free.

The raw material of our ship docking airbags are natural rubber and nylon cord fabric.
The gel content of the rubber is very high and the thickness of the ship airbags is made evenly.
Because of the very good flexibility of the rubber and the very good toughness of the nylon cord fabric,the airbags can play a role of a buffer for the ship .The airbags have strong wear resistance and endurance anti-aging ability, so have long service life.
2.The whole winding technology
Ship docking airbags are made by whole winding technology.The body of the airbags do not have any joint,just like a silkworm cocoon.So the airbags have good tightness when inflatable and are not easy to blew out.
