1. Vertical glass washing machine

3. LBZ2000 (Max: 2800 mm X 2000)
4. LBZ2200 (maximum: 2200 x 3000 millimeters)
5. LBZ2500 (maximum: 2500 x 3000 millimeters)

Main Features:
1. Glass washing & drying section:
A. Glass washing & drying section is made of 304# stainless steel.
B. Washing speed is 12m/min, equipped with water heating system. SKF Oil-free bearing avoid the oil molecular pollution to glass.
C. Six delivery solid rollers, are acid-proof, alkali-proof and anticorrosive. The distance is adjustable automatically.
D.NC bending rhombic air knife. Circle wind saves energy and avoid the wind pollution. Sponge down the noise.
E. Four level clearance: three pairs of brushes and one pair of sponge rail, guarantee the washing quality.
Six high- temperature nylon brushes, diameter is 180mm. The first two are hard brushes.
2. Horizontal glass washing machine |
Main feature:
1.It is for glass washing and drying.
2.The machine is combined of glass washing section, sponge absorption section and heating air drying section
3.Glass washing section is made of stainless steel.
4.Washing sections operation speed is frequency changeable.
5.Adopts 3 pairs of brushes, 2 pairs of Sponge Roll, fully guarantees the glass washing effect.
Payment Method:
30% of machine value as deposit is paid by T/T, 70% Pay the balance before shipment.
Delivery Item:
30 days after our company received the first payment that our customer give me.
Service Item:
The manufacturer will send technician(s) to buyer’s factory for providing
installation and commissioning and train service.
Warranty period:
1 year since the date of B/L, in warranty period, the manufacturer can provide free
charge of replace spare parts because of machine itself quality problem.
