Corner Combining Machine is one of the essential equipments for production line of aluminum doors and windows.It is mainly used for 90-degree joint extrusion and connection. Place an corner connector into the cavity between the two profiles before corner combination. The hydraulic driving file make the profile keep its new form permently. This kind of extrusion the joints of two profiles has much higher efficiency and precision than any means of connection.

3.2 Working Principle
Corner Crimping Cylinder 2 push corner crimping slide block 3, the corner crimping slide block move ahead and push the left clinching axis 10 and right clinching axis 18, the connection of 90°angle is finished by corner crimping cutter 11 and 17 on the clinching axis.
3. Structure and Character
LZJ-120 Corner Crimping Machine is developed on the high-tech from abroad. It is controlled by pneumatic, electric and hydraulic system. Because of adopting the wedge mechanism settings, it eliminates oil pressure fluctuation on the corner crimping quality, and makes the corner crimping completely in sync, and the depth of corner crimping more synchronically, the 90°angle is more accurate. Furthermore, the front and back locating can be adjustable either, which is suitable for making profiles with different section cross and sizes. An adjustable timing control setting is helpful for different operators.
