Wind power bearings are also known as slewing bearings. Due to the harsh environment and high maintenance cost, 42CrM04 with better performance is often used as the main processing material, which can also be called 42CrM0 bearing. Wind power bearings are forged, and in order to obtain a high life, heat treatment is often used after roughing to improve the performance of the workpiece. The hardness of wind power bearings after heat treatment is generally above HRC45.
