Introduction of Mungbean Sprout Growing Machine/Barley Growing Machine:
Bean sprouts machine can shorten the growth cycle of bean sprouts, especially in winter or low room temperature. Which can shorten half or more time cycle,only 3~4 days . It greatly avoid the bacterial infection, hit chance. So the rotten sprout, cooked bud, bacterial tinea, and vicious cycle rotten sprout will be controled effectively . We are the first to utilize the ozone sterilization technology. Durable usage, automatic temperature control, automatic water spray, achieved full automatic production .With good quality, short production cycle to reduce bad bud phenomenon, save labor, it doesn’t need a professional person to care it, convenient operation, no noise, no pollution etc. There is not any chemical additive in the production of Bean sprouts , a pure green vegetables!
Features of Mungbean Sprout Growing Machine/Barley Growing Machine:
1. Galvanized steel frame structure, the thermal insulation, waterproof, rust for complex color steel plate, internal framework for stainless steel.
2. Independent electrical plate (computer) can achieve: water less alarms, automatic adding water in tank.
Case: temperature display, high temperature alarm, body to be automatic heating, constant temperature, body air circulation
3. Water tank: temperature display, high temperature alarm, water tank to be automatic adding water, automatic heating, constant temperature, automatic pouring water, pouring water time interval display, pouring water delay display, manual drench water.
4.The completely bean sprouts machine, achieve whole automation in the production process , which has advantages of time-saving, the labor saving, the low consumption, no noise and pollution and so on. It is a ideal machine for producing bean sprout.

Production cycle: 3~4 days
Recycle sprouts box: 1*44*27cm, with wave bottom design which is made of environmental protection LLDPE material for food standard. Avirulent insipidity, strong and no deformation, discoloration, high strength of bearing string shape of elongated dale. The bean sprouts don't plug hole, not standing water, good permeable effect, to prevent rotten bean sprouts for high humidity .Life time could be ~10 years.
