The whole structure of Raymond mill is composed of main machine, analysis machine, pipeline device, blower, finished cyclone separator, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and electronically controlled motor. The Raymond mill main body is composed of a frame, an inlet volute, a blade, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a casing and a motor.
Use and field of application
This machine is suitable for mining, building materials, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, abrasive and other industries. It can be used for limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potash feldspar, marble, talc, gypsum, kaolin, bentonite, phosphate rock, manganese. Ore, iron ore, glass, ceramic, activated carbon, carbon black, refractory, insulation material, chemical raw materials, humic acid, boron glass, coal powder, coal gangue, bauxite, silicon carbide, red mud powder, miscellaneous bone More than 300 kinds of non-flammable and explosive materials with a Mohs hardness of not more than 7 and a humidity of less than 6% are pulverized. Once powdered, the fineness can be arbitrarily adjusted between 60-325 mesh (0.045-0.25mm), and the yield depends on the desired product fineness and material characteristics.
work process
Raymond mill complete working process (grinding material process): After the bulk material is crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the hoist, and then uniformly and quantitatively sent by the vibration feeder. Grinding into the main machine grinding chamber, the powder after grinding is taken away by the fan airflow. After being classified by the analysis machine, the fine powder conforming to the fineness enters the large cyclone collector through the pipeline, is separated and collected, and then discharged through the powder tube is the finished powder. The airflow is then drawn into the blower by the upper return duct of the large cyclone collector. The whole airflow system of the machine is closed and circulating, and it circulates under positive and negative pressure conditions.
In the grinding chamber, due to the certain moisture content of the material to be ground, the heat generated during grinding causes the gas in the grinding chamber to evaporate to change the gas flow rate, and the connection of each pipe of the whole machine is not tight, so that the outside air is sucked in, so that the circulating airflow increases, and the fan is adjusted. The residual air duct between the main engine and the main engine is used to balance the airflow, and the excess gas is introduced into the bag dust collector. After the dust in the airflow is absorbed by the cloth bag, the clean air is discharged outside the machine, which is in line with the national environmental protection emission policy.
