Analyze the Unique Advantages of Exhaust Gas Biological Treatment Technology
The main principle of the biological treatment technology of waste gas is to convert the toxic or harmful substances such as benzene or chlorobenzene, alcohol, aldehyde, Ketone, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan and thioether contained in the exhaust gas into harmless small molecular substances such as water and carbon dioxide by the metabolism of microorganisms in the filler layer. The small molecular substances such as water and carbon dioxide realize the purpose of exhaust gas purification and pollution control, to achieve the purpose of waste gas purification and pollution control.
Advantages of the biological method:
1. The process equipment is simple: the key part of the biological treatment device is the bio-filler layer and the spray humidification system, there is no need for heating, explosion-proof, switching, temperature control, etc., so the process equipment structure is relatively simple.
2. Less secondary pollution: the product of VOCs biological treatment is mainly harmless carbon dioxide, water, and other small molecules, which belongs to a green environmental protection technology.
3. Low process investment and operating costs: Because expensive catalysts, adsorbents, or ion tubes are not used, the investment costs are generally 1/3 to 1/2 less than other methods.
