Help CenterThe fully automatic production line is comprised of one face mask machine and two ear loop machines.After face mask machine outputs a mask,the mask will be transported to the ear loop machine conveyor by conveyor mechanism, then sent to the top of mask plate, and placed in the mask plate of the ear loop machine by pressing down air cylinder. The ear loop machine is used to complete welding the mask ear loop. That’s the whole process to produce a face mask. The machine uses PLC, touch screen control, and main conveyor adopts unidirectional motor transmission, which can achieve
precise movement, stable control and adjustable speed.
