Appilcation
It widely used in Mine, Grain Field, Metallurgy, Building Materials, Chemical Industry, Ore-dressing, Colliery.
Working Principle
Controlled by a silicon controlled half-wave rectification circuit, the device adjusts the current of the electromagnetic coil to periodically generate electromagnetic force and drive the trough to vibrate. During the positive half-cycle, electromagnetic force pushes the trough backward and stores energy in the main spring. In the negative half-cycle, the spring releases energy and pushes the trough forward to create continuous vibration cycles. Driven by vibration, materials are thrown up and move forward along a parabolic trajectory. This design reduces direct friction between materials and the trough to lower wear. Operators can precisely adjust feeding speed and flow rate by changing excitation force or frequency.
