Pneumatic foot mounted safety chuck with load beam
Pneumatic safety chuck is an automatic mode, it has two mounted types, pillow and flange mounted, this is similar with manual safety chuck. Handong design & made pneumatic safety chuck with high precision and superior quality, it can replace Boschert's air chuck in good performance.
Automatic pneumatic safety chuck is driven by air pressure, its loading mouth open and closed automatically. As usually, this pneumatic safety chuck can equiped with an electric control cabinet, so as to achieve automatic control easier.
It is extensive used with lug or strip air shaft for rolling and unrolling. After inputting air source, this safety chuck reel mouth will be opened automatically, then the shaft roller can be put into it. When exhausting air pressure, this safety chuck holding mouth will be closed, so as to make sure the shaft roll protected from slipping and falling down during operation. It is important and safe for working, no matter light or heavy roller beam.
This safety chuck is in couple, one without shaft, another with shaft, this shaft can connect with customer's motor, so as to transmit the power to the safety chuck. Automatic design, will help many enterprised reduce labor force, improve working efficience and prolong the motor service life. Square size holding mouth can be matched with square shape air shaft for easy loading and unloading, it is safe and convenient for operation.
