1.1 Equipment overview:
This machine is a fully automatic folding mask production line (typical models such as N95 masks). The equipment is loaded in a full roll. Multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding. The nose line is unwound and cut after welding. After being rolled and cut to length, it is welded, then the body is folded in half, and after ultrasonic welding and fusion, the final mask is rolled and formed.

(1). Equipment size: 8600mm (L) x1500mm (W) x1900mm (H);
(2). Appearance color: international standard warm gray 1C, follow this standard when there is no special description;
(3). Equipment weight: ≤6000kg, ground bearing ≤500KG / m2;
(4). Working power supply: equipment 380V, 50HZ, rated power about 8.5KW;
(5). Compressed air: 0.5 ～ 0.7 MPa, the flow rate is about 300L / min;
(6). Use environment: temperature 10 ～ 35 ℃, humidity 5-35% HR, no flammable, corrosive gas, no dust (cleanness not less than 100,000)
