Equal Boschert pneumatic safety chuck with electrical cabinet
Pneumatic safety chuck is actuated by air pressure, so it is controlled automatically. As usually, it will matched with an electrical cabinet. Safety chuck reel holding mouth can be opened and closed after sensor detected, it is convenient for expanding shaft loading and taking out.

This auto pneumatic safety chuck is extensive used with lug or strip air shaft for rolling and unrolling. After inputting air source, this safety chuck reel mouth will be opened automatically, then the shaft roller can be put into it. When exhausting air pressure, this safety chuck holding mouth will be closed, so as to make sure the shaft roll protected from slipping and falling down during operation. It is important and safe for working, no matter light or heavy roller beam.
This safety chuck is in couple, one without shaft, another with extend shaft, this extend shaft can connect with customer's motor, so as to transmit the power to the safety chuck. Automatic design will help many enterprised reduce labor force, improve working efficience and prolong the motor service life. Square size holding mouth can be matched with square shape air shaft for easy loading and unloading, it is safe and convenient for operation.
