Bearings 6352 ball bearings, deep groove ball bearing, bearing can be rubber seals or steel seals to protect the bearing from dust or any possible contamination.
Shielded bearings have metal seals that connect to the outer race only; this protects the bearing from dust and large solid particles but not from moisture. They are generally used in faster running machines as they have less friction than the sealed bearings.
Bearings 6352 mainly take radial load as well as take moderate axial load With less coefficient of friction ,high limiting speed, large size range and variations of structure.
Bearings 6352 is a kind of the most common rolling bearing. The basic type of deep groove ball bearing is composed of an outer ring, a ring, a group of steel ball and a group of cage.There are single and double row of two deep groove ball bearings, deep groove ball structure is sealed and open two structure, open refers to the bearing without sealing structure,sealing type deep groove ball into the dust seal and oil seal. Dust seal cover material for steel plate stamping, plays only a simpleprevent dust from entering the bearing raceway. Oil proof typecontact type oil seal, can effectively prevent bearing grease inside the spillover.
Bearings 6352 is non-separable and require little attention or maintenance in service, capable of operating at high speeds and are widely used radial bearings. The inner and outer ring of single row deep groove ball bearings have a deep groove raceway, the bearings are mainly used to carry radial loads and a part of axial loads in two directions. This kind of bearing can carry much heavy axial loads after the increase of radial clearance, thus, it can take the place of high speed angular contact ball bearings. Deep groove ball bearing have various types in structure, beside open type bearings, shield or seals at both side can also be provided.
This bearings 6352 is particularly versatile, it’s sample in design, non-separable, suitable for high and even very high speeds and is robust in operation, requiring little maintenance.Because of its raceway grooves and conformity between the raceway grooves and the balls, it’s able to accommodate axial loads in both directions, even at high speeds, in addition to radial loads.
Thin Section bearings are optimal where the major design constraints are space, weight and load. They are available with metal shields (ZZ) or rubber seals (2RS). The available bore dimension range from 10mm to 200mm.
