BK-280 Automatic rice ball forming machine /cereal snacks processing making machine is designed independently by Beikn machinery , which can automatic sprinkling, compact and scientific design make the machine in a stable working condition, much more convinenent than the traditional encrusting machine.
It also can make kinds of snack food, like croquettes/kibbeh/coxinha/maamoul/cheese stuffed chicken balls/fried potato cheese balls/bread cheese balls/mochi ice cream/churros,energy balls, etc.
Production Feature:
* BK-280 encrusting machine could save 99 types production patterns.
* Two hoppers of stainless steel material which can add another hopper to make food with three colors that double colors with one filling cookies or one for dough two for inside filling. It has the characters of light weight , easy to tear down &install , easy to clean and healthy.
* BK-280 machine PLC control panel make the machine easy to operate.
* Machine with mixing structure better than normal encrusting machine. It can produce twist products. And makes the skin of the product is more smoother.
*The ratio of dough and product size can be adjusted.
