Wedge wire screen, which is also called Johnson Screen, is made of wedge-shaped support rods and screen mesh by welding process. The main materials are stainless steel, carbon steel or galvanized steel. The size and pitch of the support rod are larger for the support structure, and the size and gap of the screen mesh are smaller for the screening of materials. Slot sizes usually range from 0.1mm to 3mm.
