Palm kernel oil, which is extracted from the nut, or kernel, of a species of African palm tree, is commonly referred to as tropical oil. Palm kernel oil is one of most popular edible oil in Africa. In order to get palm kernel oil the Commercial palm kernel oil extraction machine is essential.
Palm fruit bunches, palm krnel and crude palm kernel oil
In general, Complete Commercial palm kernel oil expeller machine mainly include two plant. one is palm kernel cracking separating plant. Another is palm kernel oil crushing plant .Finally you get palm kernel oil (CPKO)
Palm kernel cracking separaitng plant is optional, If your palm kernel is with shell (we also called palm nut) ,It is better to have palm kernel separating plant to separate palm kernel and shell . So that you get palm kernel . Then palm kernel will be sent to palm kernel oil pressing plant for getting palm kernel oil . If you directly processing palm kernel,You save cost of palm kernel cracking separating plant.

Our palm kernel cracker and separator system is our company newly developed system.
This system abandoned traditional technology, adopts cracking and air separator method, it is high efficiency and no pollution. Especially for like palm kernel (Shell thickness ≤1.4mm),
The advantage of palm kernel cracking and crushing /separating system
After crushing the palm nut, the shell and kernel weight is very close; To separate it is a very complicated process; We adopt professional palm kernel cracker, crushing rate is above 90%; Then use air separator system, through adjusting the transducer to control high pressure air speed and volume; When the speed and air volume arrive the critical value, which can separate the shell and kernel; Kernel in shell rate is less than 5%; shell in kernel rate is less than 5%; This system is mainly for cracking and separating palm kernel

For palm kernel oil expeller crushing plant ,We have two method for different capacity :
The main process for small and medium capacity Commercial palm kernel oil expeller machine :
1.Crushing : Crushing palm kernel into small 4-6 pieces ,make palm kernel easy for pressing
2, Cooking : To fry and cook palm kernel ,make it reach the best condition for pressing
3.Pressing : Use special palm kernel oil extraction machine ,to extract palm kernel oil from palm kernel ,the oil residue in the cake is about 6%-8%
4. Filtration : Removing impurities in the palm kernel oil

(physical pressing and chemical solvent extraction plant ):
1. The palm kernel pretreatment prepressing plant :
It mainly include cleaning, crushing, softening ,flaking ,cooking, pre-pressing ,filtration ,After the plant ,you will get part palm kernel oil . And oil cake .Oil cake will be sent to solvent extraction plant for extracting more oil in the cake

2.Palm kernel oil cake solvent extraction plant :
Use chemical solvent N-hexane to react with oil cake ,and extract oil from oil cake ,finally ,the oil residue in the cake is less than 1% ,and the meal is better for animcal feeding
