The device is used for material extraction (solid or liquid) under high pressure and suitable temperature, and the conditions are changed in the separator to resolve the dissolved matter for separation.
Electrical control part
This part mainly consists of: main control part, refrigeration part, loading and unloading control part, temperature control part, pump control part, pressure control part and computer and control software.
Mechanical and process parts
Mainly by the chassis, CO2 gas source part (provided by the user), filter, low temperature bath, storage tank, mixer, extraction kettle, separation kettle, CO2 pump, carrier pump, flow meter, carrier tank, high pressure valve, high pressure pipeline , pressure gauge, pressure sensor, safety valve and other components (see flow chart for details)
