Pneumatic double-station heat transfer machine can transfer the color patterns and characters of sublimation and solvent inks to cotton, linen, chemical fiber, nylon and other fabrics, ceramics and glass products by heat transfer, and can also perform hair planting heat transfer and foaming. The heat treatment of printing process, and the bonding of low temperature and low pressure lining and fabrics of clothing, such as children's clothing, shoes and hats, etc., can also be used to produce small batches of handkerchiefs.
1. Temperature control, using imported components, high accuracy;
2. Electronic time control, process completion signal indication;
3. The working surface is equipped with imported high-temperature cloth, which has a long service life and is easy to clean;
4. The pressure can be adjusted at will;
5. The bottom plate is equipped with high-temperature silicone sponge, which can be hot stamped widely;
6. The heating tube and the heating plate are integrated, the heating time is short, safe, accurate and uniform in temperature.

The machine must have a solid protective grounding wire.
1. Plug in the power supply, turn on the red rectangular power switch, and the switch indicator light is on.
2. Connect the air pressure of 6kg to 8kg to the air inlet of the air filter regulator, the cylinder will work, and the heating plate will rise.
3. Adjust the set temperature of the digital thermostat, and start working when the temperature reaches the set temperature.
4. Set the time relay to the desired time.
5. Press the red round button, turn the green switch to the left, and the machine is set to automatic. Push the table position left and right, and the machine starts to work when it reaches the set position. After the set time, the machine automatically returns to the position to complete a work, and so on.
The machine does not work if the table position is not at the set position.
6. Press the red round button, turn the green switch to the right, and the machine is set to manual. That is, after pushing the worktable left and right to the set position, turn the green switch to the right to work. After the set time, the ironing board will return to its position, and turn the green switch to the left to stop 6 working.
7. The red round button is the "emergency stop" button. The button will automatically pop open, and you can start working again.
