1. Before pipe connection, the pipes, pipe fittings and auxiliary equipment shall be inspected according to the design requirements, and the appearance inspection shall be carried out on the construction site. They can be used only after they meet the requirements. The main inspection items include pressure grade, external surface quality, matching quality, material consistency, etc.
2. Corresponding special heating tools shall be used according to different interface forms, and open fire shall not be used to heat pipes and fittings.
3. Pipes and fittings of the same grade and material shall be used for welded pipes. For similar performance, it must be tested to be qualified.
4. Before connecting pipes and pipe fittings, they should be placed at the construction site for a certain period of time to make the temperature of pipe fittings consistent
5. When connecting under sub zero cold climate and strong wind conditions, protective measures should be taken or the connection process should be adjusted.
6. When connecting the pipes, the ends of the pipes should be cleaned. After each work, the pipe mouth should be temporarily blocked to prevent sundries from entering the pipes.
7. Visual inspection shall be carried out after pipe connection, and unqualified pipes shall be reworked immediately.
